The team provided early access and quickly addressed all questions. My room was super clean! I appreciated the central location, close to shops and transit. The hotel provided daily room cleaning services and was consistently cute.

The elevators were a bit slow at times, needing patience.

the location was acceptable it provided access to several sites.

the room service had issues it often failed to deliver items that were requested via phone calls. the valet service was understaffed leading to delays and my car was left running unattended with hazards on.

panoramic view comfortable bed fresh smell running toilet broken phone leaking window

i enjoyed the room. it had a panoramic view of the city. i was on the 18th floor. the bed felt comfortable and everything smelled fresh.

I found some issues. the toilet kept running all night. the phone in my room did not work, so i could not call the front desk about it. i noticed condensation around the windows. The windows were leaking slightly.
